Acceptable Use Policy
Clients may use MyPass only for legitimate business activities and events and only with data they are authorized to process.
1. Lawful use
Clients and users may not use MyPass to violate any law, regulation, court order, contractual obligation, intellectual-property right, privacy right, or the rules of an applicable event, venue, ticketing provider, payment provider, or digital wallet platform.
2. Attendee information
Clients may upload or access attendee information only where they have the authority and appropriate notices or permissions to do so. Information may not be obtained through deception, unauthorized scraping, credential sharing, or unlawful purchase or transfer.
3. Prohibited activity
Users may not:
- Create fraudulent, counterfeit, misleading, or unauthorized access credentials.
- Use MyPass to facilitate unlawful entry, ticket fraud, payment fraud, identity theft, harassment, discrimination, violence, or other harmful conduct.
- Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls.
- Introduce malware, automate abusive requests, test stolen payment credentials, or interfere with other Clients.
- Access another account, subdomain, event, or attendee record without authorization.
- Use the Service for events, goods, or services prohibited by applicable payment-provider or card-network rules.
- Misrepresent the Client, Lepews LLC, MyPass, an event organizer, artist, venue, or attendee.
4. Security responsibilities
Clients must assign appropriate roles, promptly remove access for former personnel, protect devices used for validation, and notify Lepews of suspected credential compromise or unauthorized data access.
5. Enforcement
Lepews may investigate suspected violations and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect attendees, Clients, third parties, or the Service. Where appropriate, we will give the Client notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious, unlawful, fraudulent, or security-threatening activity may be addressed immediately.
